Web Dev Awards is an independent recognition programme focused on the engineering, implementation and interaction craft behind outstanding digital experiences. We document excellent work and make it discoverable through a permanent public archive.
Independent review
Each website is reviewed as a working product against the same published principles. Paying the submission fee funds the evaluation but never guarantees selection. Entrants do not need to create an account, join a membership programme or purchase additional exposure.
Developer focused
Visual quality matters, but it is not the whole assessment. We look closely at responsive implementation, semantic structure, loading behaviour, accessibility, interaction quality and whether technical choices strengthen the creative idea across real devices.
Permanent recognition
Selected work receives a permanent profile in the Web Dev Awards archive and an official badge for the corresponding recognition level. Profiles credit the website, studio and relevant category so excellent teams and their work remain easy to discover.
Independent programme
Web Dev Awards maintains its own identity, pricing, judging criteria and permanent award archive, supported by secure payments, transactional email and editorial administration.
