CORRECTIONS POLICY
We maintain high standards of historical and factual accuracy in our archive. This policy outlines how studio credit updates, URL changes, and record corrections are processed.
Archival Accuracy Guarantee
Web Dev Awards aims to ensure that all published winner profiles, studio attributions, category classifications, and project links accurately reflect the original work. Factual errors brought to our attention will be investigated and corrected promptly.
Permissible Record Amendments
Corrections may be requested for: updating developer/designer credits, updating studio or agency brand names, modifying canonical site domain URLs, correcting typos in project titles, or adjusting category metadata.
Verification & Verification Requirements
To prevent unauthorized record tampering, correction requests must originate from the verified account holder, studio administrator, or an authorized representative who submitted the original entry.
Submitting a Correction Request
To request a record correction, submit an email to hello@webdevawards.org with the subject 'Record Correction Request', including the project name, current archive URL, and desired modifications. Corrections are processed within 2–3 business days.
