Programme Guidelines

SUBMISSION RULES

These rules establish clear eligibility criteria, review standards, and conduct guidelines to maintain an independent, fair, and rigorous web design evaluation program.

Eligibility & Entrant Authority

Any live, publicly accessible website may be submitted by its owner, client, studio, agency, independent developer, or designer. Submissions may be for newly launched sites or established digital products. The submitter must possess full authority to enter the project and grant editorial display rights.

Transparent Single Evaluation Fee

The one-time $9 USD entry fee covers one editorial evaluation of one website. There are no recurring subscriptions, mandatory badge licensing fees, or hidden annual renewal charges. Award winners receive permanent profile publication and full badge usage rights.

URL Uptime & Staging Access

The submitted URL must remain accessible throughout the evaluation window. If a project is password-protected or on a staging server, valid review credentials must be provided in the submission form. Inaccessible, broken, or 404 URLs may be disqualified.

Truthful Attribution & Credits

All supplied project details—including site name, developer credits, studio branding, category tags, and country—must accurately reflect the published work. Material misrepresentation, false agency claims, or impersonation will result in immediate disqualification and profile revocation.
