Nominees are websites that meet the Web Dev Awards standard across implementation, usability, accessibility and creative development.
Nominee recognition records work that has passed our independent editorial review. It marks a website as a considered example of digital craft without implying that every project follows the same visual style or technical approach.
Review considers the complete live experience, including responsive behaviour, navigation, interaction, readable structure and the relationship between the creative idea and its implementation.
The nominee archive is the broadest record in the programme. Strong nominees may also receive a Special Mention or progress to daily, monthly and annual recognition.
