ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Muave is a custom headless e-commerce experience built with a bespoke Next.js frontend and Shopify powering the commerce infrastructure behind the scenes.
The project was designed to combine the flexibility and performance of a modern custom frontend with the reliability of Shopify for product management, checkout, and day-to-day store operations. This approach allowed the customer-facing experience to be shaped around the brand rather than the limitations of a conventional e-commerce theme.
Particular attention was given to speed, responsive design, product presentation, content structure, and the overall shopping journey across desktop and mobile.
The result is a fast, flexible, and highly tailored online store that blends custom development with a proven commerce platform, giving Muave greater control over its visual identity, user experience, and future growth.
